• Caterstation provides assurity production of any food provided by caters. But what this online Platform offers to the users is only providing the ability to search for and find best vendors in town that offers creative gourmet catering for various events.
• Caterstation obligated to comply with country local laws, rules, regulations, and standards pertaining to food preparation, processing, sale, marketing, and safety. If there is any dispute about or involving the Services, you agree that the dispute shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan and the Courts of Lahore shall have jurisdiction. The prevailing party in any action brought in connection with this Agreement shall be entitled to an award of attorney's fees and costs incurred by the prevailing party in connection with such action.
• It is important for consumers to understand that Caterstation does not in any way independently verify the products of vendors, the quality of their products, or that a vendor is in compliance with applicable laws and regulations pertaining to food processing as the vendor is solely liable for such responsibility.
• Users (Customers) must make themselves comfortable through information provided by us on the Platform and website or as requested by buyers directly from the vendors as to the quality and reliability, as well as to their compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Caterstation does not in any way guarantee the quality of any food or product or that any food complies with the applicable laws and regulations.
